Are you experiencing problems with a specific Wi-Fi network or with all networks? If you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi at home, your router may be the cause.
To check your router's connection, use another device to connect to the Wi-Fi network. If that other device cannot access the internet, the reason your iPhone or iPad cannot connect may be your network connection (your router). Check that all cables are plugged in and connected, then restart your router by turning it off for a few seconds and then back on again.
If you are still unable to access the internet, you may need to reset your router.
